Livestock Registration

At this time, we do not accept in person registration for livestock divisions. If you need assistance, please contact your leader/advisor or call the Fair Office at (509) 765-3581.

General Exhibits (Non-Livestock)

Schedule for Registration & Exhibit Drop off:

Thursday, August 7th from 2PM- 8PM
Arts & Crafts Department will be accepting PRE-REGISTERED exhibits only.

Friday, August 8th from 2PM- 6PM the following departments will be open for onsite registration and exhibitor check in:
Home Economics Department (excluding Baking), Arts & Crafts Department, and the Youth Department.

Saturday, August 9th from 9AM- 3PM the following departments will be open for onsite registration and exhibitor check in:
Home Economics Department (excluding Baking), Arts & Crafts Department, and the Youth Department (excluding Girl Scouts).

Sunday, August 10th from 3PM- 6PM (4-H Exhibit Drop Off Only)
4-H Static Departments will be accepting PRE-REGISTERED exhibits only. There will be no registering of items at this time. Due date to have your 4-H exhibits registered is Wednesday, July 10th.

Monday, August 11th the following departments will be open for onsite registration and exhibitor check in:
Horticulture/ Agriculture Department 10AM- 6PM
Flowers Department and Baking Department 10AM- 8PM
FFA Still Life Department 2PM- 8PM
