Exhibit Drop Off

All items must be registered prior to dropping off your exhibits. If you have not registered online you must first register in the 4-H Building prior to dropping off your items.

Schedule for Exhibit Drop off:

Thursday, August 8th from 2PM- 8PM
Arts & Crafts Department will be accepting PRE-REGISTERED exhibits only.

Friday, August 9th from 2PM- 6PM the following departments will be open for onsite registration and exhibitor check in:
Home Economics Department (excluding Baking), Arts & Crafts Department, and the Youth Department.

Saturday, August 10th from 9AM- 3PM the following departments will be open for onsite registration and exhibitor check in:
Home Economics Department (excluding Baking), Arts & Crafts Department, and the Youth Department (excluding Girl Scouts).

Sunday, August 11th from 3PM- 6PM
4-H Static Departments will be accepting PRE-REGISTERED exhibits only. There will be no registering of items at this time. Due date to have your 4-H exhibits registered is Wednesday, July 10th.

Monday, August 12th the following departments will be open for onsite registration and exhibitor check in:
Horticulture/ Agriculture Department 10AM- 6PM
Flowers Department and Baking Department 10AM- 8PM
FFA Still Life Department 2PM- 8PM

Late Entries:

Entries that are not dropped off by the specified dates and times above will not be judged or receive premiums. It is up to the individual Superintendent whether they will accept late entries for display only. We highly encourage you to pre- register your items online to avoid these issues. click here for more information about online registration.
