What is Moravida Festival?

Join us for our 3rd annual Moravida Festival! The word Moravida was derived from the term commemorating life! Moravida Festival is a vibrant celebration of life inspired by the rich traditions of Dia de los Muertos. There will be family-friendly activities, live entertainment, engaging children's crafts, diverse food vendors, and much more. This event is open to all and free to attend.









Our Mission

At Moravida Festival our mission is to create a welcoming and family-oriented event that serves as a cherished gathering place, where we honor the memories of our departed loved ones while joyously celebrating the richness of Hispanic culture.

Trunk or Treat Presented by Lakesiders Car Club

3-6 PM

Bring the kids out to the trunk or treat and enjoy the festival! Costume contest to follow.


Community Altar

A central element of every Día de los Muertos celebration is the community altar, a sacred space where we gather to share offerings (ofrendas) and joyfully honor the lives of our departed loved ones. It serves as a place of healing, comfort, and reflection for all who visit.

We invite you to join us and contribute your own ofrenda to this communal altar. In collaboration with Decoraciones Hermosillo, we have crafted this special space.

You may decorate your space: Friday, October 25th between 3-7 pm.
All items should be picked up by Tuesday, October 29th. We are not responsible for any items left after October 29th.

Vendors

Vendor Fees:
General Vendor $150 8x10
General Vendor Non- Profit (Community Outreach) $100 8x10

Food Vendor Fees:
$200 deposit
20% Commission on daily gross sales
15% Commission for Non-Profit
Food Vendors will be required to obtain a Certificate of Insurance that lists Grant County Fairgrounds as additionally insured.

Below is an application for a potential booth space. This application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space.

Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc. While we try our best to not duplicate items/products, we DO NOT offer item or category exclusivity. When applying please be aware that there may be other vendors selling/promoting similar or the same items/products.

Unfortunately, we receive more applications than we can accommodate and cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.Please keep in mind that your booth is not secured until we have received payment in full.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Fairgrounds Office at rmartinez@grantcountywa.gov.

To register for our event this year, follow these steps:
1. Click the "APPLY NOW" button below.
2. Add the booth type you want to your cart from the Pricing Box and click the "Checkout" button.
3. You will be prompted to create an account or log-in if you have previously created an EventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!

5. At checkout, you will purchase add-ons such as Early Set-Up, if necessary.
6. Click “Go to Next Step” to complete your profile, it is highly recommended that you provide your website and/or links to your social media as well as photos of your booth/ products/ logos etc. These will be used for marketing purposes before and during the Festival.
7. Select your "Participant Category" and complete the application questions then click the “Checkout” button and lastly select your preferred payment method (check or credit card).
8. Submit your order! Note: If you opted for credit card payment, your payment will be placed on hold and does not get processed until after we approve your order.

Be sure to bookmark eventhub.net and save your log-in (username and password) to your browser to easily be able to revisit your orders and complete the next steps!
