Take Exit 179 toward Othello/Moses Lake/Ephrata. Turn left onto WA-17 N. Follow WA-17N for 6.3 miles. Turn left onto Airway Drive (76 Fuel Station on corner). Travel 1.5 miles and the Grant County Fairgrounds is on your left!
From I-90 Westbound:

From WA-17 turn right onto Airway Drive (76 Fuel Station is on corner) Travel 1.5 miles and the Grant County Fairgrounds will be on your left.
