Welcome to the vendor page for the Grant County Fairgrounds, Moravida Festival. Thank you for your interest in being a vendor. Our festival will take place November 1st, 2025.
Below is an application for a potential booth space. This application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space.
Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc.
Food Vendor Fees$250 deposit- Due August 29th
20% Commission on daily gross sales (15% for non-profit)
- Deposits and commision must be paid with cash or card only. Checks not accepted. Card payments will have a 3.5% fee.
- Your POS system must meet our criteria for daily sales reports. Cash registers and cash boxes are no longer acceptable.
- All concessionaires must accept card payments.
- Food Vendors will be required to obtain a Certificate of Insurance that lists Grant County Fairgrounds as additionally insured.
If accepted the Grant County Fairgrounds will notify you by e-mail accompanied with a contract and invoice.
Please keep in mind we will need all necessary information to be filled out within the application in order to move forward. Your menu including pricing and pictures of your booth are required. Applications that are received without a menu including pricing WILL NOT be processed/ approved.
Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc. While we try our best to not duplicate menu items, we DO NOT offer item or category exclusivity.
Unfortunately, we receive more applications than we can accommodate and cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.Please keep in mind that your booth is not secured until we have received your deposit.
