Entry Deadlines

We encourage everyone to Register online. If you are unable to do so you will have the opportunity to Register still life/ static entries on-site the weekend prior to Fair. Below you will find a schedule for both Online and & On-site Entry Deadlines.

Online Registration Deadlines

Wednesday- July 10th, 2019

All Livestock Exhibitor entries due!
*Includes: Large & Small Livestock, Carcass, Cavies, Poultry, and Rabbits

Thursday- August 1st, 2019

Horse, Dog, and Pocket Pet entries due!

Monday- August 5th, 2019

General Exhibitor registration due!
*Includes: All still life exhibits Open or 4-H/FFA

Once online registration has closed you will still have the opportunity to register on- site the week before Fair. Check schedule for more details.

On-site Registration Schedule

For those who were unable to register online exhibitors may register in person beginning Friday August 9th through Monday August 12th . General exhibitor registration and check in varies by department. Please see schedule below.

All items must be registered prior to checking in. If you have not registered online you must first Register in the 4-H Building prior to checking in your exhibit.

Thursday, August 8th from 2PM- 8PM

Arts & Crafts Department will be accepting PRE-REGISTERED exhibits only.

Friday, August 9th from 2PM- 8PM the following departments will be open for onsite registration and exhibitor check in:

Home Economics Department (excluding Baking), Arts & Crafts Department, and the Youth Department.

Saturday, August 10th from 9AM- 3PM the following departments will be open for onsite registration and exhibitor check in:

Home Economics Department (excluding Baking), Arts & Crafts Department, and the Youth Department.

Monday, August 12th from 10AM- 8PM the following departments will be open for onsite registration and exhibitor check in:

4-H & FFA Still Life Department, Horticulture/ Agriculture Department, Flowers Department, and the Baking Department.
