MORAVIDA- FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

Welcome to the vendor page for the Grant County Fairgrounds, Moravida Festival. Thank you for your interest in being a vendor.

Moravida Pre-Party Kick-Off Dance
Friday, October 27th 8 pm- 1 am

Moravida Festival
Saturday, October 28th 11 am- 8pm

Below is an application for a potential booth space. This application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space.
Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc.

Food Vendor Fees
$200 deposit
20% Commission on daily gross sales
$20 Electrical/Disposal Fee Per Vendor (not per booth). This fee is NOT optional.

If accepted the Grant County Fairgrounds will notify you by mail and/ or e-mail accompanied with a contract and invoice. All vendors will be required to obtain a Certificate of Insurance that lists Grant County Fairgrounds as additionally insured. Insurance requirements will be sent to vendors upon approval of participation.

Please keep in mind we will need all necessary information to be filled out within the application in order to move forward. Your menu including pricing and pictures of your booth are required. Applications that are received without a menu and pricing WILL NOT be processed/ approved.

The deadline to apply is September 11th. If approved all contracts, insurance, and any other required documents are due September 18th.
Update 9.12.23: EXTENDED! New deadline to apply is September 29th or until we fill up. If approved all contracts, insurance, and any other required documents are due upon approval.

We will be limiting the amount of vendors for Friday, October 27th. Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc.

Although the hours are 8 pm- 1 am closing time will be subject to customer participation. You may close early if attendance allows.

Please include your exact power requirements for your stand. Should your application be approved, only the power indicated on your application will be provided, and booth placement may be based on available power necessities.

Beverage Exclusivity

Weinstein Beverage, Pepsi-Cola of Moses Lake is the exclusive bottle/can beverage distributor for Moravida Festival. Weinstein Beverage and Moravida Festival have agreed to terms granting Weinstein Beverage exclusivity with respect to carbonated and noncarbonated beverages that are sold, dispensed and provided subject to very narrow limitations. These limitations include Lemonade or juice fountains, milk, and water drawn direct from a public water supply or specific drinks that cannot be provided by Weinstein Beverage. Moravida Festival and Weinstein Beverage will ensure that only approved products purchased from Weinstein Beverage will be served by Moravida Festival and its concessionaires at the Festival. A detailed list will be provided with your contract, if approved. Furthermore, failure to adhere to the exclusivity contract in terms of selling prohibited beverages will result in Moravida Festival not providing the concessionaire any contracts for a minimum of one calendar year.

Menu & Pricing

Please list a complete menu with prices. Not all of your menu items may be accepted. No selling of items not on application/ contract. Applications will not be processed/ accepted without a menu and pricing. 15 item limit.
