Moravida Festival- Community Altar

Thank you for participating in the Moravida Festival Community Altar.

Please bring photos, objects, decor, fabrics, or other altar offerings to honor your loved ones. No open flames or lit candles are permitted; battery-operated candles are welcome. We recommend labeling the back of all items with your name and phone number.

Shelf Reservations

Shelf reservation fee: $10 per shelf
Each shelf measures approximately 8 feet wide by 1 foot deep
Maximum of 3 shelves per participant
Space is limited and registration will close once all available shelving has been reserved

Altar Set-Up Times

Tuesday, October 28, 2026 | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday, October 29, 2026 | 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

We will not have any set-up hours available after October 29.

Item Pick-Up

All altar items must be picked up by Tuesday, November 3, 2026. We are not responsible for items left after that date.

Please Note

Shelf reservations do not guarantee a specific shelf location. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis during set-up.
Reservation fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to participate, your reservation fee will be considered a donation to support Moravida Festival.
If you are unable to attend after reserving space, please notify us at rmartinez@grantcountywa.gov.
Photography and videography may take place during set-up and throughout the festival. By participating, you acknowledge that your image or likeness may be used in future Moravida Festival promotional materials.
