The Fall Fix Fest Cat Clinic will be held October 10–11, 2026, at the Huck Fuller Building at the Grant County Fairgrounds in Moses Lake, WA. The clinic is presented by SNAP (Spay Neuter Assistance Program), Pawsitive Alliance, and Adams County Pet Rescue (ACPR).
This is a first-come, first-served clinic, with 25 spots available Saturday and 100 spots available Sunday. Registration begins at 8 AM, and wait times are unknown, but organizers will do their best to keep things moving efficiently. Qualifications are determined by Washington State HUD low income limits.
Cats must be over 2 pounds and at least 2 months old. Ear tipping is optional. No shelters or rescue organizations, and there is a limit of 2 cats per household for the weekend. Cats must arrive in individual crates or traps, with no sharing. Boxes and wire crates are not allowed due to the risk of cats escaping through the bottoms.
Services include spay/neuter, pain medication, FVRCP and rabies vaccinations, and microchipping unless the cat is already chipped. All cats will be tattooed. Nursing, pregnant, and cryptorchid cats are accepted. Cats with illness or pre-existing conditions should not be brought for the safety of your pet and others.
Pick-up times will vary. Community cats will be prioritized, followed by pet cats. Most cats will be ready later in the day, and organizers will contact you when your cat is ready for pickup. Microchips are provided courtesy of Pawsitive Alliance. 🐱❤️
