Below is an application for a potential booth space. This application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space.
Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc. We DO NOT offer item or category exclusivity.

If accepted the Grant County Fairgrounds will notify you by mail and/ or e-mail accompanied with a contract and invoice. All vendors will be required to obtain a Certificate of Insurance that lists Grant County Fairgrounds as additionally insured. Insurance requirements will be sent to vendors upon approval of participation.

Please keep in mind we will need all necessary information to be filled out within the application in order to move forward. Pictures of your booth as well as a list of items you are selling, including prices, are required. Applications that are received without this WILL NOT be processed/ approved.

The deadline to apply is September 29th. If approved all contracts, insurance, and any other required documents are due October 6th.

Booth Space

The Grant County Fairgrounds does not provide equipment such as tables and chairs or pop up shade tents. There is access to power however we suggest that you bring an extension cord as we cannot guarantee you will be directly located near a power source. Guest wifi is accessible.

Vendor Marketing

Products & Pricing

Community Outreach Vendors

Vendor Fees

Upon approval payment maybe paid via cash or card. However, cards will be assessed a fee of 3.5%. All contracts, payments, and proof of insurance is due no later than October 6th.


Booth Hours of Operation:

Saturday, October 28th: 11 am- 8 pm

Booth Setup:
Saturday, October 28th: Between 8 am- 10 am.
All booth must be fully set up by 10 am and ready for final walk through. No exceptions.

  • The booth contract will require you to be open during all of the hours indicated above.
  • There will be no dismantling of booth/displays or vehicles in exhibit areas until after 8 pm on Saturday, October 28th.
