Below is an application for a potential booth space. This application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space.
Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc. We DO NOT offer item or category exclusivity.
If accepted the Grant County Fairgrounds will notify you by mail and/ or e-mail accompanied with a contract and invoice. All vendors will be required to obtain a Certificate of Insurance that lists Grant County Fairgrounds as additionally insured. Insurance requirements will be sent to vendors upon approval of participation.
Please keep in mind we will need all necessary information to be filled out within the application in order to move forward. Pictures of your booth as well as a list of items you are selling, including prices, are required. Applications that are received without this WILL NOT be processed/ approved.
The deadline to apply is September 29th. If approved all contracts, insurance, and any other required documents are due October 6th.
