Welcome to the vendor page for the Grant County Fair! Thank you for your interest in being a vendor.

Below is an application for a potential booth space. This application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space.

Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc. While we try our best to not duplicate items/products, we DO NOT offer item or category exclusivity. When applying please be aware that there may be other vendors selling/promoting similar or the same items/products.

Unfortunately, we receive more applications than we can accommodate and cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.

Returning Vendors

If you are a returning vendor you should have received an email with instructions on how to register for this year. Please keep in mind we will need all necessary information to be filled out within the application in order to move forward. Your item list/ menu including pricing is required and pictures of your booth are preferred. Applications that are received without an item list/ menu including pricing WILL NOT be processed/ approved.

As a returning vendor, you have early access to vendor registration. We will open registration to NEW vendors on March 15, 2024. If we do not receive your application prior to March 15th we cannot guarantee you a space at this year’s Fair.

New Vendors

New vendors may submit an application beginning March 15, 2024. Payment is due upon approval of your application.

Please keep in mind we will need all necessary information to be filled out within the application in order to move forward. Your item list/ menu including pricing is required and pictures of your booth are preferred. $500 Deposit
$65 Electrical/Disposal Fee. This fee is NOT optional.
(Electrical/disposable fee will not be issued for non-profit permanent food booths.)

20% Commission on daily gross sales – Profit Concessionaires
15% Commission on daily gross sales – Non-Profit Concessionaires

$0 Included in your packet will be a Load and Unload Pass, valid for access inside the Fairgrounds from 7am to 9am DAILY (7am to 9:45am for Concessionaires). THIS IS NOT A PARKING PASS.

Indoor Building
$450 Per 10 x 10 corner space
$325 Per 10 x 10 in-line space

Outside/Southfield Grounds
$275 Per 10x10 space
$225 Each Additional 10Ft Frontage (After First 20ft)

Friday August 16th- Saturday August 17th 10AM- 11PM
Indoor vendor hours are 11AM- 9PM Tuesday August 13th- Saturday August 17th

To register for our event this year, follow these steps:
1. Click the "APPLY NOW" button below.
2. Add the booth type you want to your cart from the Pricing Box and click the "Checkout" button.
3. You will be prompted to create an account or log-in if you have previously created an EventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!

5. At checkout, you will purchase add-ons such as electricity/ disposal fee, and parking/ camping, as necessary.

6. Click “Go to Next Step” to complete your profile, it is highly recommended that you provide your website and/or links to your social media as well as photos of your booth/ products/ logos etc. These will be used for marketing purposes before and during the Fair and will also help your customers find you after the Fair.

7. Select your "Participant Category" and complete the application questions then click the “Checkout” button and lastly select your preferred payment method (check or credit card).

8. Submit your order! Note: If you opted for credit card payment, your payment will be placed on hold and does not get processed until after we approve your order.
